What is Reality?

What is reality?

Reality is the unfiltered present moment, experienced directly through senses and awareness.

  • Reality is not separate from experience
    • It is not “out there,” existing apart from the one who observes.
    • It is identical with the flow of sensations, thoughts, and perceptions unfolding moment by moment.
  • Reality is the continuous unfolding of awareness
    • It is the seamless field of knowing, in which every sight, sound, emotion, or idea occurs.
    • It is both the content and the context—nothing stands outside it.
  • Reality has no fixed boundaries
    • There is no rigid line dividing the observer from the observed.
    • It is a fluid, dynamic dance of presence in which everything arises and dissolves within itself.
  • Reality is self-revealing
    • It shows itself fully in every immediate experience, requiring no separate interpreter.
    • It is pure presence—nothing else needed.
