Mastering own mind drops extra burden created by thoughts which unleashes your full potential and joyfulness!

How to master the Mind

Consciousness, awareness, mindfulness and Zen are all names for knowledge which point to the same issue: experiencing life as it is right now. You achieve this by using only your senses, nothing else. This is the ultimate goal of all teachings on consciousness, awareness, mindfulness and Zen. It’s the entire teaching, nothing more. Very simple. Period.

From this experience, you are taking charge of your mind and that is what you achieve here.

You as Yourself and the Mind as a Worker

When you experience life with your senses, taste is as it tastes, sound is as it sounds, smell is as it smells and so on. Then, there is nothing to understand. No need for a bad ruler. You don’t understand taste intellectually; you simply taste it. The actual taste of the coffee is what it is, regardless of whether you think it is good or bad. Similarly, any situation you face is as it is, whether you are thinking positively or negatively.

Understanding and intellectualizing are tools you use to make sense of life. With these tools, you determine if the smell of cheese indicates it is spoiled or not, you learn to use a mobile phone, do your work, adopt different skills and so on. These tools are employed by your mind, which then produces thoughts usually in the form of language. When the mind is allowed to do this and only this, it is performing an invincible job and can solve any problem people face and making everyone happy.

When the mind is in the role of Worker it is doing great good for you and others.

When you notice your thoughts and don’t blindly believe them, it leads you to living life as it is. You are your true self. Then, pure pleasure is available mentally. This doesn’t make the smell of spoiled cheese pleasurable, but it eliminates any annoyance it might otherwise cause.

Now you are in charge and life becomes easy. The spell is erased.

As life presents different situations, easy or hard ones, you handle all of them as they come with help of your Worker mind, without any extra burden created by thoughts imposed on you by others. You are then using your full potential, doing things you dream of and instead of saying

‘I wish I could do it,’ you’ll find yourself saying more often

‘I Did It!’.
