What is reality?
Reality is the unfiltered present moment, experienced directly through senses and awareness.
- Reality is not separate from experience
- It is not “out there,” existing apart from the one who observes.
- It is identical with the flow of sensations, thoughts, and perceptions unfolding moment by moment.
- Reality is the continuous unfolding of awareness
- It is the seamless field of knowing, in which every sight, sound, emotion, or idea occurs.
- It is both the content and the context—nothing stands outside it.
- Reality has no fixed boundaries
- There is no rigid line dividing the observer from the observed.
- It is a fluid, dynamic dance of presence in which everything arises and dissolves within itself.
- Reality is self-revealing
- It shows itself fully in every immediate experience, requiring no separate interpreter.
- It is pure presence—nothing else needed.
